Elemental Panchakarma Immersion
A Three-Day Ayurvedic Healing Immersion
This offering is a deeply supportive Ayurvedic immersion designed to help the body release stagnation, restore balance, and reconnect you with your own internal wisdom.
Inspired by the principles of Panchakarma, Ayurveda’s classical system of purification and rejuvenation, this experience combines therapeutic bodywork, individualized nourishment, and daily pulse diagnosis to support meaningful shifts in physical health, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system regulation.
Rather than a rigid detox program, this work is personalized and responsive to your body’s elemental needs.
The intention is simple but profound:
to create the conditions where the body can soften, release what it has been holding, and return to its natural intelligence.

What Makes This Program Unique
This immersion is designed as a highly individualized healing container, where every element is tailored to your constitution and current imbalance.
Throughout the three days you will be supported by:
• Daily Ayurvedic pulse reading and consultation
• Ayurvedic + Elemental bodywork
• Individualized basti therapies
• Elementally tailored meals
• Space for integration, nourishment, and rest
Rather than overwhelming the body with aggressive detoxification, this approach focuses on deep nourishment and gentle release, allowing healing to unfold in a sustainable way.
The Intention of This Work
The purpose of this immersion is not simply detoxification.
It is to create a supportive environment where real shifts can occur in the body.
When is Pancha Karma Best?
• chronic pain & inflammation
• Nerve Regeneration
• Autoimmune disorders
• Digestive issues (chronic or severe acute)
• Hormonal imbalance
• Structural pain
• Emotional stress or nervous system overwhelm
• Fatigue or burnout
• Chronic health conditions & "dis-ease" state
• An act of "preventative" care for longevity (once yearly)
Through the combination of intuitive and traditional touch, tailored nourishment, and attentive listening to the body, this work can help change the trajectory of illness and restore a deeper sense of balance and vitality.

An Act of Stupendous Love
In Ayurveda, one of the first steps of Panchakarma is Snehana, a word that carries a beautiful double meaning. Snehatranslates not only as oil, but also as love, tenderness, and deep affection. Because of this, the therapies that prepare the body for healing are understood as an act of stupendous love.
Through warm oils, nourishing foods, and attentive touch, the tissues are softened, the nervous system calms, and the body begins to feel safe enough to release what it has been holding. Panchakarma therefore begins not with forceful detoxification, but with profound nourishment—reminding the body how to return to balance through care, warmth, and connection.

Pulse Diagnosis & Consultation
(1 hour)
Each morning begins with a pulse reading and conversation.
This is a time to listen carefully to the signals of the body and explore what is currently present in the tissues, digestion, nervous system, and emotional landscape.
These sessions help guide the therapies and nourishment of the day, allowing the work to evolve in response to what your body truly needs.

Bodywork
(3 hours)
Each day includes an extended Ayurvedic bodywork session designed to support circulation, lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, and tissue healing.
This work may include:
• Abhyanga (medicated oil massage)
• Lymphatic stimulation
• Joint and fascial work
• Tibetan Cranial
• Nervous system regulation techniques
During these sessions a basti therapy will also be applied.
Basti Therapy
Basti treatments involve the application of warm medicated oils held in a localized reservoir over specific areas of the body.
These therapies allow herbs and oils to penetrate deeply into the tissues and can help address structural, hormonal, digestive, and emotional imbalances.
Depending on your needs, treatments may include:
• Netra Basti — supporting eye health and nervous system relaxation
• Kati Basti — supporting the low back and spinal tissues
• Womb / Yoni Basti — supporting reproductive and hormonal health
• Digestive Basti — rebalancing digestive issues and Ama (toxin) accumulation
The specific therapy is chosen based on your pulse, symptoms, and overall constitution.

Individualized Ayurvedic Meals
Food is one of the most powerful medicines in Ayurveda.
Throughout the immersion, a small team will prepare three meals each day, designed specifically for your elemental constitution and current imbalances.
Meals are:
• freshly prepared on site
• primarily organic and seasonal
• guided by Ayurvedic wisdom and modern nutritional understanding
• will always adapt to any dietary needs
These meals are designed to support digestion, reduce inflammation, nourish the tissues, and gently assist the body in clearing stagnation.
After your treatment session, you will have time to eat, rest, and integrate before leaving for the day.
Dinner will be provided for you to take home and enjoy when your body feels ready.
Integration & Rest
Healing does not happen only during treatment.
The spaces between therapies are equally important. After each session you will have time to eat slowly, rest, and allow the nervous system to settle before returning home for the evening.
These quiet periods allow the body to process the work that has been done.

A Return to Relationship with the Body
Perhaps the most powerful outcome of this work is not only physical healing, but the ability to reconnect with your body’s signals.
During the immersion you will learn how to recognize what your body is asking for—through digestion, energy, sleep, and emotional patterns.
This understanding becomes a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
Because true healing does not come from controlling the body.
It comes from learning to listen.
