Your body gets read twice, simultaneously: pulse and structure on one side, decades of clinical touch on the other, so whatever surfaces gets worked immediately instead of queued up for a future session. Joya, of Blue Yarrow Bodywork, brings over 30 years in massage therapy and two decades working clinically alongside chiropractors and physicians on serious structural, chronic pain, and degenerative cases, plus 900+ hours of Ayurvedic study in India and Türkiye — her hands carry a deep, exacting knowledge of structural alignment: releasing tissue that's fused or restricted, opening what's been closed off for years, and restoring real range of motion, alongside lymphatic work, breast health, and uterine alignment built specifically around women's and mothers' bodies. Four hands. Two sets of trained eyes. One body, met completely, at the same time — not one region worked while the rest waits its turn. Most bodies have never been touched this thoroughly, this deeply, all at once.
