Symptoms are not problems to be silenced—they are your body’s language. Fatigue, pain, tension, breakouts, and discomfort are all messengers, pointing toward deeper imbalances and stories ready to be understood. Through a blend of traditional, intuitive, and elemental medicine, I work to decode these signals and bring awareness to your internal landscape. Together, we begin the process of creating change—within the tissues, the nervous system, and the energetic body—so that you can soften, open, and return to a more balanced state. This session includes an initial conversation and pulse reading to understand where you are, followed by approximately 1–1.5 hours of focused bodywork. We close with personalized remedies and guidance to support your healing beyond the session. Unlike longer sessions, this work is targeted rather than full-body. We focus on specific areas or systems that are asking for the most attention.
