Service Description
By donation • 20 minutes each • Private bodywork studio Regular breast and lymph assessments are one of the most powerful forms of preventative care. Each session includes a guided breast and underarm check to assess for fibroids, cysts, lymph matting, or early tissue changes, while helping you understand how to maintain healthy circulation and lymphatic flow. You’ll learn how to care for your own breast health — including simple techniques to reduce pain, tenderness, and congestion, and support hormonal balance through regular lymph movement. This is about taking an active role in your health, restoring confidence in your body, and preventing imbalance before it develops. Sessions are 30 minutes each, held in my private bodywork studio. Offered once a month — choose your time slot below. If they are booked, please leave your information and you will be contacted for next month! **by donation. Suggested donation is $500 or whatever is available to you! No one will be turned away Location is located in El Sargento, will get the location before the session. Please note - this is not a medical exam. Please do your routine medical exam and consult with your doctor.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 3 days before you session Cancellations up between 1-3 days before there will be a 25% charge Cancellations 24 hours and less, there will be a 50% charge. If there is any reason why you have to cancel last minute, please reach out to me at 907-433-9963 For no shows, there is a 15 minute wait time before your session will be cancelled and you will be still charged for the session.
