Service Description
This three-day immersion is a deeply supportive Ayurvedic healing experience designed to help the body release stagnation, restore balance, and reconnect with its natural intelligence. Inspired by the classical principles of Panchakarma, Ayurveda’s system of purification and rejuvenation, this work creates the conditions where the body can soften, nourish itself, and begin to release what it has been holding. Rather than a rigid detox program, this immersion is highly individualized. Each experience is guided by pulse diagnosis, elemental understanding, and careful listening to the body. Through bodywork, personalized basti therapies, and nourishing meals prepared specifically for your constitution, the body is supported in returning toward balance. The intention is not simply detoxification, but to support meaningful shifts in digestion, inflammation, structural health, emotional wellbeing, and vitality. Daily Structure: Everyday 10am - 3:30 then time to rest + integrate Arrive at 10am -- served tea + breakfast 10:45 Pulse + Consultation 11:45 - 2:45 Bodywork + Basti's 2:45 Lunch 3:15 Closing conversation Rest + integration + dinner This immersion is a collaborative offering. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 3 days before you session Cancellations up between 1-3 days before there will be a 25% charge Cancellations 24 hours and less, there will be a 50% charge. If there is any reason why you have to cancel last minute, please reach out to me at 907-433-9963 For no shows, there is a 15 minute wait time before your session will be cancelled and you will be still charged for the session.
